Informations about The domaine du Dourdy
The SARSSI 2008 conference will held in the domaine du Dourdy, located in the south coast of the Finistère. It is situated near the ria of Pont l'Abbé and is closed from famous touristic places: the pointes du Raz and du Van, Guilvinec, Concarneau, or the Sein island.

Informations about Loctudy
Loctudy's name (Locus-tudy= monastic place of Tudy) comes from the monk Tudy who came from England. Near 450 (5th century), he flees from his country, invaded by the Saxons, and founds here, at Loctudy, an hermitage.
